Order Processing & Dispatch

We honor a processing window of 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders received over weekends or holidays will be prioritized on the subsequent business day.

Please note that processing time is dedicated to quality inspection and packaging, and is separate from the transit time.

Estimated Transit Times

Most international orders arrive within 10–15 business days. This timeline accounts for international transit, customs clearance, and secure handling.

Tracking Visibility

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

As customs policies vary globally, we recommend consulting your local customs office for specific details.

Address Verification

To ensure successful delivery, please verify that all shipping details—including unit numbers and phone contacts—are accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute it. Reshipping fees for returned packages due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.

Transit Security & Liability

Lost or Stolen Packages: Origin Intl Boutique is not liable for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend tracking your shipment closely or arranging for a secure reception.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of both the item and packaging so we may assist you immediately.

Refused & Undeliverable Shipments

Packages returned to us due to refusal of delivery, unpaid customs fees, or incorrect addresses will be refunded as store credit, less the original cost of shipping.

Order Modifications

Our fulfillment team moves quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Requests made outside this window cannot be guaranteed.
