Are Items new or pre-owned +
All of our items we carry are new, but we have hopes to expand to pre-loved in the future.
Will my item come with original box, dust bag, or authenticity card? +
We aim to make sure every item is nicely packaged in its original box and or dust bag with its certificates of authenticity.
Are the colors in the photos accurate? +
We do our best to photograph items in natural or studio lighting to reflect true colors.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
How do I know my size? +
Each listing includes measurements and/or sizing details.
For belts, bags, and accessories, please check the measurements listed in the description and compare them with pieces you already own for the best fit.
Are all items in stock? +
Yes — unless a product is marked as pre-order or reserved, all items shown as “Available” on the site are in stock and ready to ship.

If the item includes a box, dust bag, or accessories, they will be included when applicable.

Shipping addresses can only be updated within 12 hours of placing your order.
After processing begins, address changes are not guaranteed.
Do you ship to PO Boxes? +
Some carriers do not deliver high-value packages to PO Boxes. If this affects your order, we will contact you for an alternative address.
Are items eligible for return or exchange? +
All items at Origin Intl Boutique are final sale.
Due to the nature of luxury and limited-availability pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? +
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@originintlboutique.com with photos of the issue.
We will review your case and assist you as quickly as possible.
Why are all items final sale? +
Our pieces are often rare, limited, or one-of-a-kind luxury items.To protect product integrity and authenticity, we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our facility.For this reason, all purchases are final sale.

Avoid harsh cleaners, alcohol, baby wipes, or household chemicals — these can damage luxury leather.
For deeper cleaning, we recommend a professional leather specialist.
How do I care for suede items? +
- Avoid exposure to liquids

- Store in a dust bag away from humidity
- Keep away from oily products that may stain
Suede is delicate — handle with extra care.
