Final Sale Policy

All purchases made at Origin Intl Boutique are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit requests for reasons of preference, sizing, or change of mind. This policy extends to all sale items and promotional merchandise.

Why Final Sale?

Our commitment to quality is absolute. Our inventory consists of rare, one-of-a-kind, or limited-run accessories.

To guarantee that every client receives a pristine, authentic item that has not been handled by previous owners, we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our facility. This policy protects the provenance and value of your purchase.

Cancellation Protocol

We understand that circumstances may change. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

After this 12-hour window, our fulfillment process begins, and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.

Damages & Order Errors

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, we will rectify the situation immediately.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@originintlboutique.com including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our concierge team will review your case and provide a resolution promptly.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed solely under the following conditions:

  • The order is successfully cancelled within the 12-hour grace period.
  • We are unable to fulfill the order due to inventory discrepancies.
  • A verified claim of damage or error (as detailed above).

Outside of these specific instances, all sales remain final.

Address Modifications

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address updates are only possible within the 12-hour processing window.

We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched to our logistics partners.
